I called for help with replacement screws for gutter mesh. It took me a while to track down the particular screw size I was looking for, a search which eventually led me to Craig at Blue Mountains Co. Not only was he extremely helpful over the phone, he then arranged for a pack of replacement screws to be sent to me, free of charge. So nice to know there are decent, helpful, kind human beings still out there. Thank you Craig.

Called up to ask for help on a purchased product believing that I need to be transferred to another department. Portia from customer service as the first point of call - knew their products well and was able to guide me to the best possible solution. Extremely happy with their product knowledge and prompt response time.
