Dr. Banks has been my primary care provider since I retired and moved to Missoula. She and the entire staff at Blue Mountain Clinic consistently provide me with excellent medical care.

Dr. Joey Banks was the first doctor I ever fully trusted. She makes her patients feel safe, comfortable, and informed. I can't recommend her highly enough!
Amazing people! This is the best clinic in the state of MT.
My treatment was far from respectful and compassionate this last go round with them. I had treated with them when Mindy Opper was there and always recommended them highly. I tried to get back into services with them again, calling back when they said if I hadn't heard back, only to be given a general explanation for decline of services after a month of waiting. I absolutely don't recommend them now.
Love them they are very understanding and non judgemental
Unclear about when to show up for appointments. Said they couldn't see my daughter bc they changed their computer system and we need to show up a half hour before our appointed time to fill out paperwork. Filled out the paperwork and rescheduled for 3:45 the next day. I asked if we needed to come in early and the receptionist said NO (because we had filled out the paperwork needed), that we could come in at 3:45...fast forward to 3:45 the following day.
