The new warehouse manager who came in during 2012 was the kiss of death. Company went downhill the moment he clocked in.
The "service" is abominable. The offer expedited shipping and then say you should have read the fine print that orders are shipped within a couple of days. How do you offer and charge for 2-3 day shipping and not ship the product for "a couple of days". Then the people that answer the phone offer zero assistance other than reciting fine print from the website and refuse to actually do anything thing. I would never order from this company or recommend them to anyone! Do not expect any type of service from this company!
Just picked up my first Blue Microphone the other day for the home office. Really liked how this performed during my first podcast run. You cannot beat the price either.
