Went there fir a new set of gel nails. Jennifer was the technician. I had to have them done 2 days later. Horrible technician. Never again.

Extremely expensive. Too many ppl to tip per service. Toe polish is already chipping. Upgraded my daughter’s pedi without asking the person paying. My 69$ pedi came to over 90$ 🤔. It was a $300 day. Had gift certs from Dec. Will not be back. Positive: clean and very nice.
Very disappointed with my “birthday” manicure and pedicure...$220 later this was the result. $110 for my nails to be shorter than asked for, bumpy and uneven, color doesn’t even cover the whole nail, one nail is literally shaped like a half moon facing up instead of angled down. Jessica was quite rude and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Clearly left upset. This was not the job or services I had experienced before at old location prior to COVID. They have always over charged while under performing. I’ve given them many chances and they have constantly failed. I’ll go to 90s downtown over blue lotus any day
The manager and the owner are very rude and disrespectful, will never go here again, also over priced. Will be telling everyone I know not to give them business. Wish it was still coco spa and the old owners!
My Mother has been a loyal customer since Coco Spa opened their doors over 15 years ago. She has gone nowhere else for her nails. Even when scandals struck and technicians left, my mom stayed. During the Isaias storm I was without power for days and needed my children to go somewhere and my Mom stepped up forcing her to cancel her nail appointment. She was told since she didn’t give 24 hours notice she from now on has to pay for her services up front when booking future appointments. She was so upset and they wouldn’t budge.... read more

Love the complimentary massage while I get my nails done. Blue Lotus does it right. Clean and professional.
