Great outdoor seating available – I was disappointed to have to wait 20 minutes for my 8pm reservation. We were seated outside facing a park across the street. There was a fantastic guitarist playing there and I quickly forgot I was frustrated by the wait. Our party enjoyed the elk diane and stuffed wild salmon. The service was great. This is where I will return for dinner in Jackson.
Excellent food and fine atmosphere – The Blue Lion is definitely one of the top restaurants in Wyoming. The food selection is dazzling and the wine selection is very good. While this restaurant is more pricey than others in the area, one has to pay for the incredible quality that this restaurant exhibits.
