Let the consumer beware. This is a shady south Florida company. It marketed itself as a company that could handle a building of 204 units. ********************* There inability to see us through a restoration job, hurricane damage and the like is substandard. THIS FAKE COMPANY DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A ZERO! BEWARE!!!!
Blue Leaf has always tried their best to provide cost-effective management service to owners. All staff members are polite and perform their jobs well. More importantly, our condo building does not have any increase in condo fees for the past 7 years, I highly recommend the management company.
Blue Leaf is the management company that represents 421 Meridian Ave, Miami Beach, FL XXXXX. I'm currently residing at unit 10 in this building. The management team I've dealt with consists of ****** ******** and ********* ********. We've had multiple issues over the course of our rental, including non functioning keys to the building, unannounced construction work on the building, the lack of recycling in the building, and expired elevator inspection.
