Was there last night..with friends..we had drinks and the lettuce wraps. We started eating tasted good..but dissapointed to see the lettuce had not been washed you could see the black dirt on the lettuce..and dead little bug..we told the waiter..he came back and advise that going foward it would not happen to anyone else...we then decided to dine else where asked for the bill, charged us for the drinks and dirty lettuce wraps....all I can say is GROSS...WASH YOUR LETTUCE. ..for those eating salad beware!!!!!
4 with potential to be a 5 after a few more visits. Portions a bit small and regular prices a bit high, but quality is good to very good, and the Dover Dines Week menu is the best in Dover. We'll be back, both here and to check out the other emerging restaurants in Dover!
Went there with some friends for the first time and the food was amazing!!!! Love the atmosphere and can't wait to go back!!!!

Best since Boston Dined on 6/27/2014 My girlfriend and I came here to celebrate 5 years together. We had another place in mind but after we compared reviews we picked Blue Latitudes. We had never heard of the place before. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find a very elegant bar and comfortable dining area. We chose a booth and there was plenty of room.
