I live in Renton. I wanted to remodel My back patio, unfortunately after a different Contracktor took my deposit and disappeared. I called Blue Lake Construction. Liam was my project manager, His crew was excellent, communication was incredible. He was very kind and knowledgeable regarding the plumbing that actual construction, the stones the design. Super recommend this company. Excellent, excellent guys. I will definitely be using them again.
I live in Issaquah and met Liam from Blue Lake Construction after my kitchen suffered water damage, which required all the flooring and cabinets to be removed. Liam visited my home three or four times and helped in every way he could. He was incredibly kind, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Blue lake construction did a great job installing a bathtub, tile and heated floors to my bathroom.
After interviewing a few different contractors. Liam came over. Was on time . Very knowledgeable. We went over all the details. He had a complete customer friendly folder with all the paper work we needed. He met time lines and the concrete is simply perfect. Super recommended - excellent management. Thanks and we’ll meet again for my electric gate install next year.
