Odd, this review was hidden. Terrible customer service. No promised pre call. Project manager never showed up. No phone call to explain why the project manager did not show. Lots of poor excuses for a no show appointment.
Liam Ovi with Blue Lake Construction came out and oversaw the repair of a very large cedar patio cover that was starting to sag in the middle. The previous construction company had failed to install joist hangers and collar ties. Alfred on Liam’s team was able to raise the center beam to eliminate the sag and install the missing components to make structure strong and durable, preventing any future sagging. We looked for a contractor to install for us aluminum framing to set decorative signs in our office building in Lynnwood. Most contractors said it’s too complicated or they wanted 100k for 5 days of work . The only really good contractor with fair price that we interviewed was blue lake construction and we had a great experience with them, we recommended to use them on commercial spaces they really professional and under the limitation and time schedule while working on commercial spaces. Want to share my experience with blue lake construction and Leo, started a project of extending the guest bathroom in out living to a full bathroom, I applied for the permit myself but had problems with that, I interviewed contractors and felt like only Leo and blue lake construction was not charging more to do the project permitted.
