I recently had an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional experience with Kimberly Moon and her manager, Chris, while inquiring about a rental through Zillow. I inquired about a house that Blue Keys was renting out through Trulia, to which I received an email directing me to go through a separate website to schedule a self-guided tour. The separate website, Rently, required submission of a photo of my driver’s license, as well as credit card info and a payment to secure a self-guided tour. I worked with BlueKey PM over the course of nearly three years as a tenant. We had a few minor things that needed to be addressed prior to moving in which were taken care of in a timely manner. I had a few quesitons throughout my time there and Chris was always very responsive. All in all a great experience.
