I had the WORST experience with Blue Jean! Very shady and extremely unprofessional, do not use unless you absolutely have no other option to choose differently. Worst management company easily in the province from my over 20 years of owning condos and townhomes. I've dealt with around 10 different companies over those years, and they are by far the most vile ever seen in my time as a home owner! Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I’m not sure how they hire the people they do, but they need to start putting them through courses on how to deal with people and phone calls. Rude and unprofessional is all I can say, Nicky with after hours condo emergency line. This is directed specifically at you. Someone should fire her ASAP. She’s not suited to be in the position/job she’s in. Absolute joke.
Kelsey can’t return an email or phone call to save her life. I’ve been waiting for any sort of response since February 21 and she won’t respond to my multiple attempts to contact her.
