This is the WORST customer dealing i have seen by far. They are arrogant, will not respond to emails or phone calls, and on the drop of a hat, will tell you what their legal right is as per contract. My Condo was vacated on the 30th, and till the 7th, despite repeated requests, they have not given me the keys nor given me a date when they will hand over the keys to me..........
