I have been shipping with Caricom since 1996 , they were the best in shipping to anywhere, I have no idea what happened either there is a new owner or something, This is the 3rd time I ship to Jamaica and I cannot clear my boxes, it’s horrible, I will never ever ship with Caricom again, this is new owner and not the original Caricom and all the extra money that I had to spend I can’t wait to go home and talk to a attorney.
Do not work with these disgusting people , I called to ask if they shipped to st Lucia and the lady said we don’t go there and rudely hung up the phone in my face .
These people are very rude
From first contact to shipped they have been courteous with everything. They will tell you just like it is. It was worth the trip to get to them
