Unprofessional and unreliable has been my experience with dealing with this person for the past six months.
Refused to help deal with nightmare neighbors, despite both units being owned by same owner / client. Kathy was totally indifferent to my report about the neighbors killing feral cats in my unit’s driveway- seriously. Response was “Those darn cats”. I suffered significant distress from the rental situation. Blue Jay was aware of the dangerous neighbor situation before I signed the lease but did not disclose nor offer any solution to the problems I had while living there. Rude. Insensitive. Scammers. A total waste of your time. Be aware
They just want application fees, total scam. I have six figure income, 800 credit score and rental references. They took applucation, cashedy check for the fees and never called me back. I reached out to the secretary and she said they would call me back the next day. You just get the run around there.
