I have recommended Blue Jay Inspections for years as a Realtor but this was my first home puchase and I wouldn't want anyone doing it except for Blue Jay Inspections. I strongly recommend Blue Jay for any and all your inspection needs. They not only cover home inspections but can also look at the septic systems and well's which is nice because then you dont have to have multiple companies come in unless of course they find an issue that requires more then just an inspection. They were very thorough and friendly to which made the whole process today a pleasant one even with not so great news.
Jay was very thorough in our inspection and very informative on minor general maintenance that should be acknowledged.... Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an inspection and although we did not get the septic completed, he does do all inspections needed... Would use again
