I'm so glad my husband and I found you at the Logan County Farmer's Market today! Your cheese is simply delicious, we've already finished the container of the plain curds lol We love cheese and we love it better when it's made local right here in our town! Our family loves the various curds - garlic, ranch, dill, firelands... Another one of our favorites is the lemon quark on vanilla wafers. What a treat!
