I’ve been living next to an apartment complex that Blue Horizon Property management resides over, for more than ten years, and what I have witnessed is rather concerning. Based on my experience as a client of Carlos E. Palma for nearly a decade, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend him nor the services of Blue Horizon Property Management. The period during which Carlos managed my property was marked not just by overwhelming financial loss—my repair estimates and lost rent exceed $20,000—but also by grave despair as he poorly managed the property I had invested my life savings into.
