The period during which Carlos managed my property was marked not just by overwhelming financial loss—my repair estimates and lost rent exceed $20,000—but also by grave despair as he poorly managed the property I had invested my life savings into. Most definitely one of the best management companies ever. Compassionate, curious and very professional
They are the best. I’m a homeowner who rents the back house (duplex), my tenant became difficult and, at times, a nightmare to deal with. The tenant and her visitors were unruly, and disruptive; she even stopped paying rent without a notification or reason. I was stressed; Ofelia and Carlos took care of everything related to these issues all the way to eviction. They guided me through the whole process with kindness.
