Constant attempts to raise our rent, even doing so when there are clear mold and mildew problems creating livability concerns. Management team is tone deaf, greedy and unapologetic. Building maintenance staff is fantastic however.
we love our apartment! it’s nice, spacious, and well maintained. our particular unit is a little less updated, but the company is working to update each unit! the neighborhood and complex we live in are both quiet and very respectful! plus… decent street parking and reasonable pricing for garage/assigned parking!
