I lived there for a little over five years and the staff and the property management team was just fantastic. The common areas are cleaned on a regular basis. The outdoor areas are kept neat and clean. They really just do a fantastic job. I never had to wait long on any maintenance request. The apartments are spacious and well maintained, Plus, you can have a nice view of the mountain. I can absolutely recommend 1425 NW. 61st St., Apartments. I truly enjoyed my time there. Extra bonus points for great neighbors.
I lived in a Blue Horizon Properties building for 8 years and couldn’t have been happier. The maintenance staff was truly exceptional, every work order was handled quickly, and they were clearly knowledgeable about the building and how to fix any issue that came up. Constant attempts to raise our rent, even doing so when there are clear mold and mildew problems creating livability concerns. Management team is tone deaf, greedy and unapologetic. Building maintenance staff is fantastic however.
we love our apartment! it’s nice, spacious, and well maintained. our particular unit is a little less updated, but the company is working to update each unit! the neighborhood and complex we live in are both quiet and very respectful! plus… decent street parking and reasonable pricing for garage/assigned parking!
