I'm writing a review because I look at reviews when making consumer decisions. I came to this salon based on the good reviews but left with one of the worst haircuts I've ever had. She used a razor on my hair which pretty much trashed my curls and gave me the most unbalanced look...weirdly long and puffy in the front but super short in the back.
