These are without a doubt the worst apartments in the area. The water is filthy and unsafe—not even fit for brushing your teeth or taking a shower, let alone drinking. To make matters worse, I was stalked by a dangerous individual who showed up at my apartment multiple times. Despite providing the manager, Ken, with clear video evidence, he took no action whatsoever to protect me. And I agree with another reviewer about the manager’s rudeness—Ken, the current manager, was extremely rude to me on multiple occasions as well.
Be prepared to wake up every morning to loud children screaming right outside your door. The manager is extremely rude and disrespectful. We rented an additional parking space for our second car with an extra fee, but they only provided one access badge. I absolutely do not recommend this apartment complex.
Nobody showed up for the tour appointment. No one picked the calls. Felt very unprofessional.
