RecommendedMy fiancé custom designed a ring here last year with antique family diamonds. Not only did they find a design that would work but they provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! We will be customers for life! The sales people always offer great customer service, but I wouldn't recommend their jewelry repair service. I dropped off our wedding band to replace a stone and it was returned with an altered setting. They did offer to return the setting to the original design, but we're unable to do so without deconstructing and reassembling the entire ring, which we did not trust them to do.
