I have had very positive experiences with Blue Heron Dental. They go out of their way to explain what they're doing and why, and consistently check for consent. They really make me feel comfortable in the uncomfortable situation of going to the dentist!
Staff are welcoming. Hygienist was skillful and professional: gave me useful advice regarding using string dental floss. Dentist in collaboration with hygienist discovered exposed nerve fragments and explained necessity to follow up with preventative procedures. Explained procedures and processes. Very efficient team..
I am very grateful for all the dental care my daughter Elizabeth has received at Blue Heron Dental. She has been going there for years and I have always been highly satisfied with the dental services. Blue Heron Dental offers great quality care for children thanks to a warm, friendly, and highly competent staff. I only wish the office could gain more space to accommodate more people and enhance the work environment that the technicians and dentists truly deserve! Highly recommend!
The service I got from front desk today wasn’t really nice at all. I had called previously to cancel my appt and they cancelled the wrong one instead. I got there and the lady didn’t even show a sign of empathy or even acknowledging the mistake that they made. She started telling me I didn’t even have one today and I showed her the message of confirmation and she went straight to yeah it was cancelled the earliest we have is 2 weeks from now. Mistakes happen but empathy goes a long way in showing a person’s value.
