Edit: FYI Blue Heron Dental - Google told me to adjust my review, so I did. I understand you enjoy making honest reviews seem malicious, but that's not the case here. I also would have greatly appreciated hearing back from you when I made it clear there was a problem, both in the review you solicited from your practice, as well as in person. Outstanding service from the hygienist... very professional, competent and personable.
I just had my wisdom teeth out yesterday morning with iv sedation. The oral surgeon, Dr Sassi did an excellent job in my partially educated opinion. And Nurse Lily was phenomenal not only did she get the midazolam iv in first try without any tangible pain, but she managed to calm down a guy who is incredibly scared of needles and surgery in general. Thank you once again. 10/10 would get my gums sliced and wisdom teeth pulled again !
