We purchased the premium package and they only sprayed one side of the car ... I don't know if it's because of understaffing but we felt as though we paid for a service that was haphazardly delivered

Tried it yesterday because I couldn't stand to touch my car, it was so thick with salt. I was very impressed with the facility and results. I predict they will be successful at that location.
