Don’t move here or to any Fath Properties ever!!! Don’t even know how they have 4 out of 5 rating. The woman I spoke to durning a maintenance emergency I was denied. In addition she was very rude to me and my wife. After smelling electrical smoke in the furnace, which Ive repeatedly asked for a year now for them to fix and still will not fix nor give us a portable air conditioner, we had to call the Fire Department. Was really excited about the opportunity to lease with Blue Grass until we were denied from even applying because we didn’t have a brand new car. Never heard of such a crazy policy, have to have a perfect car exterior to even apply.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you sharing your opinion with us. Our Vehicle Condition Agreement is a unique policy that has been in place for nearly 40 years. It is part of our rental criteria and an addendum to the lease agreement. Amazingly it came from our applicants and residents consistently telling us the first thing they looked at were the cars in the parking lot.
Seems like everyone running the show is clueless. Great price for the first year but before your first year is up you’ll be wanting to get FAR FAR away from these complexes. Waited over 7 months just to get my dish washer fixed. Also on 3 different occasions our water has been turned off due to maintenance issues.. the sad thing is other people have jobs too how are those people suppose to shower or get ready for work whenever maintenance is continuously shutting water off to fix others water but not giving anyone notices. I've been here for a few months and was impressed with the apartments cleanliness, I gave them a few things to take care of, outlets not working, coat closet light and just a few things that really matter, it was something that you didn't really need, until you needed it. Love the staff, Mike or Marc in maintenance is exceptional and will work until it is finished! Hold onto him girls!!!
