Loud trashy condos to live in. Mail box area has been sprayed painted with graffiti. Loud neighbors in Q205 rude Chinese girl tenant who always brings a man around 8 am but I don't think he is her boyfriend that she is currently living with. She Purposely keyed my car for knocking on her door and politely asking to reduce noise. I think she's having an affair during the daytime. Complained to Management about her. They did not do anything. Just glad I'm no longer her neighbor. Don't move here. Not worth $1,900. Look elsewher... read more
Very safe gated community; loved the security system and management. Definitely better than other apartments in Everett. Fully worth the money
