Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely nice and helpful in our needs. The sales did not try to sell ** the top line of everything, showed us our options and spent an hour or so working with our needs and answering our questions. As for the installers, they came in and were very organized, and worked efficiently. They cleaned up any mess that they had. We had 3 installers, each had their own part to do, and they worked together nicely and quickly. I would definitely go back if need be.

New Customers be aware! I agree with Don ** on 4/4/22 They cleaned my Furnace a year ago so I thought lets call them again. They also quoted me a service call price of $118 to service my AC . But I was then charged $ 300 dollars for a start capacitor replacement part for a total cost was $418! This capacitor part should have not cost more than $45-60 inflated dollars plus tax. I find this price gouging to retired folks reprehensible. If you do not believe Don ** or me go ahead and use them.

We had our 40 year old boiler replaced by Blue Frost in November of 2021. We could not be happier with our entire experience with them from the quote all the way to installation.

Tried to sell us on a new boiler instead of cleaning it. They bought out Kilnkey which was a great HVAC company. If I could give them 0 stars I would. 14k for a new furnace then another estimate of 12k (as if that was any better). Basically told me the at you dont clean a boiler furnace, so I guess Im supposed to replace it every year? Im not sorry to say this place is a complete joke. Their brainwashed training is below sub par. Being taught in a class doesnt mean you have great techs. I am not one to ever speak down upon a... read more

But was charged $ 285 dollars for a capacitor replacement part the total cost was $403 this capacitor part should have not costed No more than 28 dollars plus tax. I believe for being a good customer for three years using Blue ********************** for all my HVAC work at my home l should have not been over charged for a $ 28 dollars part

Our air conditioner went out in intense heat. Blue Frost sent their tech out the following day and we were told that there was a leak in our system and it needed **22 refrigerant in it being it was an older unit. He said it was very expensive ($250 a lb.) and he did not have it with him so he would either have to return later or we should just consider replacing the unit since it was old and it would only be a matter of time before the refrigerant leaked out. So he was going to send out someone the next day to talk to us abo... read more
