my dad has had propane gas service from another company for over 20 years. fair trade plumbing referred hymn to this company. They had the greatest customer service that I have seen in a long time. everything was handled over the phone and they actually came yesterday and filled up the tank. I would definitely recommend this company.
This place is horrible... worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! Will NEVER use again and will make sure everyone knows how awful they are !!!!
Recently I had a gas leak under my house. With my house sitting so low Marshall could not get to it. They had to rerouted it. The guys were very courteous. They did pick at me for not having lunch ready ha ha . I have been doing business with them for a long time . Thanks fellows .
I have been doing business with Blue Flame Gas Company for a number of years. Never had an issue with their service. The company has never changed hands and is local. Would highly recommend!
Had propane delivered today and the driver was the rudest person I ve ever dealt with. Literally cussed me for having to do his job and light the pilot light, told me to not let the gas run out again as if he was scalding his child, and slammed my door! I will NEVER use or recommend this company again!!!
Stay away from Robert and his company now going under a new name The Gas Co.,,,Extremely unreliable, still waiting for my rebate after4mths,,?,,He stole my air conditioner on one of the hottest days of the year when I was caring for my ailing Father 82 yrs old.Was putting it in another house ,wrong size for my rebate,that I have been waiting for 4mths. now.
