Evan is hands down the best sushi 🍣 chef in the area! Ganham style Roll and JB Hand roll are fantastic!
Best sushi and sashimi in the area. Very fresh, courteous staff, and awesome sushi chef. We tried a lot of places and this is the only one we keep coming back to!

Blue Fin is by far the best place for Japanese cuisine in this city. Every time I've there, I have been blown away! The chef does an amazing job and Nadia is an incredible server. The Domo roll with the lightly Cajun seared tuna and rated garlic is to die for. No soy sauce needed here! Tell a friend and experience the food. My wife doesn't eat fish or any shellfish and the beef bulgogi has made her experience delectable as ours. Thank you chef for the amazing food and Nadia for the spot on service!
