Blue FCU has horrible customer service. All of the phone representatives are snotty and they don’t care what your issue is, they can’t be bothered. You can’t get a person on the phone from the branch, they don’t answer. I just did a mobile deposit and they tell me it will take 2-3 days to go into my account, this is ridiculous in this day and age of technology. They used to bank in real time but are going backwards. This is the worst financial institution I have ever had dealings with. You can never call in and reach a human, which might be okay if the online system worked at all. I tried setting up automatic payments for my car loan that never pulled from my account, no not because the money wasn't in there. Rude online chat representatives. If I could give them less then 1 star I would.
