I’ve been a member of BFCU for years and I’ve always had an amazing experience with them. A few weeks ago I had a scam happen to me. I called Blues support line right away and was told by two different reps that since the charges were still pending there was nothing they could do and to call back once the charges were approved. After five days, the charges went through and I called Blues support line like instructed by the two reps I spoke with. Worse Credit Union/Bank I have every dealt with. Had my car financed with them and they could not correctly apply my Principle Only monthly payment correctly...they kept applying it to interest of all things!!! Went over and over it with them and I tried sending it in everyway they said to and still it was done wrong. The last time they refused to go back and correct the error!!! I changed Credit Unions! Don't go with them is all I can say! Customer Service is awful and they sure aren't looking out for the customer.

Poor customer service. I refinance a car with them. And they refused to give me a title for my car So I can not even trade it in on new car. No one has returned my calls or emails on this matter.

Horrible experience, very difficult to do anything with... they'll say one thing and do something else. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else, even if they are offer a higher APR because you'll wish you had later. Made a payment which came out of my bank on the 28th and they took until the 2nd of the following month to post on their end. Didn't even try to fix the situation at all and my credit suffered because they can't do their job in a timely fashion? Terrible experience!! I purchased two vehicles through Blue Federal CU (******** S550 & *** GLS550) and it took them 4 months to get our title correct. We are now going through the same process on our other vehicle. They tell you one thing and do another and don't really care about the troubles and time it takes. You have to hold there hand to get anything done right. We worked with the branch in Vista Ridge and Lafayette. From the branch managers and on down are just terrible. Stay away from Blue Federal CU!

This bank is horrible with customer service. I had a family emergency where I had a death in my family and so I was behind on payment for my loan and when they gave me a number for someone in customer solutions I called her every day for 5 days and left multiple messages and she never once responded back to me. That is absolutely ridiculous. It’s like there is no one to help you when you need them.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Access to my mobile banking was prematurely revoked. To rectify the situation, I was told I would be given a call that day to resolve. Call never came. I then spoke with representatives multiple times over the following days. Again being told 1-2 business days. Well, here we are, a month later, and I have still yet to receive a call to rectify the situation. I called BFCU and again was told I would have to submit a request and I was now told the "normal" turnaround time was 1 business... read more

My niece financed her auto loan with Blue Federal Credit Union. I signed on as her co-signer. They are alledging that the I am the primary named on this account and supposedly I opened a savings account with them. This is false and fradulent information. I have tried to correct them stating that I never I was never a primarily account holder. I have never made a monthly payment to Blue Federal Credit Union.
