Avoid these people like the plague. They switched my account from ********** to **** without my permission. Unfortunately, they didnt move the payment over that I had just made. So now Ive got creditors calling me up looking for a lousy $43. I got on the phone with them to try to resolve it. All I got was a bunch of promises. And people never calling me back. And result. My credit score went from 830 to 720. I ended up just paying the now $44 to keep my credit score from going even lower.Thank Blue Federal. I will never do b... read more

I have reached out and made several attempts to resale my vehicle only needing a a signing of a settlements letter agreeing to release once the check has been wired over I have gotten little to no responses ...it's been just about three months and my first contact to them was a week before first missed payment!

I sent in my proof of insurance several times and received confirmation that it was accepted but this company still charged me for insurance and I paid off the loan. They sent a letter letting me know they are keeping nearly $400 of insurance that they should have never taken. There website is terrible and hold times are incredibly long -- I can never access my statements and whenever I try to use bill pay it makes me set up security questions and then said there was an error. There websites is awful, paying them to service your loan when you cannot access things unacceptable.

Looking at the other reviews, people have had the same experience as I have. I have had countless mistakes made on the end of BFCU formerly Warren FCU in the 20 years I have banked there. The staff working the front lines have absolutely no idea what is going on at any given time. If you have five tellers and ask them a question, you get five different answers. To the managers down at the ******* ** Branch, DO BETTER IN TREATING YOUR STAFF AND CUSTOMERS NICER AND WITH RESPECT!!!!! They need to do a training for all upper management on how to treat people!!!!

We are another dissatisfied BLUE credit union customer. It is hard to believe they are still in business seeing how horribly they treat their own members. They are now trying to collect made up fees from many of us after years of not being active customers ! Their actions are unethical and unprofessional to say the least.

Blue Federal Credit Union allowed 40 fraudulent foreign transactions to occur on my debit card. I logged into my online banking and was shocked to see 20 foreign transactions that I did not make! I called the credit union right away and they could not explain why these charges were not flagged as fraud. I disputed these charges only to see another 20 go through the following day. I again called my credit union and they laughed at me. These charges should have been flagged before they posted and now I have to wait 10 days for... read more
