Because you can’t give zero stars. Still upset with the unprofessionalisn of this company. My mom deserved better at the end of her life. It was my personal pleasure to release then from their lack luster services. These are the people you hire when you don’t like your parents.
I worked with hospice and our patients who use Blue Feather were always very pleased with their service. Blue Feather matches employees with the specific needs of each client and family. They go above and beyond to do what’s needed to take care of their clients. We had a hospice patient who was an extreme hoarder and they not only organized and cleared the home for their safety but they deep cleaned to create a healthy environment for the patient and family.
Andrea Medford, the owner of this business, took care of our mother when she needed it the most. She had Parkinson's disease, advanced dementia, and anxiety attacks. Andrea was knowledgeable and highly skilled in her abilities to provide comfort, safety, health, and general wellbeing. She was infinitely patient and calming; and her emphasis on treating individuals with respect and dignity was beautiful. This Company abruptly abandoned us without prior notification. Ms. Johnson has been non-responsive to my contacts in an effort to determine why. Everything was going good, her staff had no issues taking care of mom. Very disappointed with this company
