Lived here for a year and the day I got my key, the tone was set. The day I set foot in the apartment there were multiple holes in the ceiling and the apartment was dirty. I mentioned if it would be taken care of and either luissa or alessia told me the apartment was "as is." I couldn't back out as I already signed the lease so I stayed.
