My wife and I have eaten here twice. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. The first time we went I ordered a steak. We waited almost 2 hours for the steak to come out. However, we don’t like to complain. Once I got the steak it was very good. But we were not offered anything for having to wait for so long. In my opinion, at least the appetizer could have been taken off for our trouble. The waitress eventually came up and thoroughly apologized for the delay. Food was great! All the people working there were so nice. My waitress was a sweetheart and the bartender/manager were great and made sure we were taken care of 😊
Love this place! Great Staff, Cocktail, and Menu. Wish they where open 7 days!
I had a good experience at this restaurant while working in the area, and recommended it to friends. BIG MISTAKE! An hour and a half after ordering the food was delivered, and the baked potatoes and gravy was cold, the chicken fried steak was lukewarm and we simply left. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE BLUE DUCK!

My wife and I ate lunch at the Blue Duck today. This was our first visit but it will not me our last. Great food, service, and friendly staff for starters, add in cleanliness of the dining room and the restrooms what more could you ask? Oh, and soft background music that is enjoyable and you can still have a conversation. We have found a new place to show off to our visiting friends and family.
Just wish they were open on Saturday and Sunday!
While it was a slow day, the service was also slow. Fried catfish was a bit too mealy and chewy. Overly done. However, the french fries were great. I'll go back, just wont have the catfish again.
