I have been scheduling my ride 4 to 5 sometime 6 hours in advance and it started out in the beginning on time even a hour early I believe they expected me to get in the cab knowing they were way too early and i cant leave my job a hour early. so then they started making me late knowing I am utilizing there service for work.
