Open since July of 2008, our values-based philosophy, beautifully renovated building (formerly the Blue Dolphin), smiling staff, healthy gourmet food and unique ambiance are making the Blue Dragon the place to be to FEED YOUR SOUL!

The Blue Dragon is definitely my favorite restaurant on the Big Island. The open air dining and ambiance are second to none! The food is great, and Jenn and her staff are great!
Thank you for having our band Girls Nite Out play tonight. Great crowd. Amazing food and service was second to none. Mahalo and we hope to be back again soon!!
