I received excellent service while on 6 weeks of homebound care. The nurse was kind, compassionate and incredibly knowledgeable. She took her time to explain everything and I never felt rushed. I recommend Blue Doves to anyone who needs home health care.
Excellent service and home care. They are wonderful!!!!
They were great at first, but later on was rude to my mom when she tried to correct a nurse. The actual clinic told my mom certain instructions for my dad’s wound care, and my mom saw the nurse was doing it incorrectly and tried to correct the nurse. The nurse rudely responded back to my mom that she has being doing this for over 30 years and she knows what she is doing. My dad then went to the wound clinic for a follow up and they said whoever patched it up did it incorrectly. When we had another home visit she still did it... read more
