I used to go here every day. Now I find there to be long lines and insufficient staff. One day I came in to find a long line and the second barrista was in the back folding hand towels. Some people just want a cup of coffee out of the carafe. If there's a long line, the second server should ask if anyone is waiting for a regular cup of coffee and help them. I have been waiting to mention this to the owner, but she's rarely there. I find that I am walking out so much that I am getting my coffee elsewhere.
Fantastic coffee and friendly staff. I love the lavender vanilla latter!
