I spent 150 and washed my hair and all the color came out was so pissed off

So sorry to read that you were unhappy with your hair. If you had called after your appointment in February 2015. We would have very happily have redone it for you. Red is a very hard color to hold and does fade with washing. We hate for our guests to be disappointed and akways like to opportunity to remedy.
