Been there 5 times. Last 3 horrible. One time no cheese in my husbands blucy. They deducted 50% off his. 2nd time told waitress we wanted to start with chicken wings...waited and waited and wings came out with our meals. Last time, some communication mix up so we ended up with tots and nacho tots when we only wanted nacho tots. Waitress just laughed and said niw you have alot of tots. Longfellow location. So loud (the music, & people trying to talk over the music) the hostess couldn't hear us as to our choice of places to sit. Server brought the wrong appetizer - probably because she couldn't hear what was ordered. Had to ask 2 servers for utensils. Chicken wings were way undercooked (we were NOT charged for them) but server insisted they were safe to eat. Best burgers around! Love the atmosphere, staff, and local beer selection. Plan on a wait, but it is well worth it. Or go when they open at 11:00 am for speedy service. My favorites are the Cease & Desist, Merriam Park, and Rican Rub wings. I definitely recommend Totcho Monday!

I love this place. Best burgers. Live in Nebraska and every time I'm in MN have to make a trip to Blue Door! Awesome staff. Awesome food. Awesome beer.
