I agree the customer service from blue dolpin pools is HORRIBLE. I had problems with my hot tub and they sent some young guy out to my house who did not have a clue what he was doing. He stayed on the phone with steve the whole time he was there and steve was trying to explain to him how to fix the hottub. He did not fix it then i got a bill for over \$400 they wanted me to pay for a \$18 part. I refused, had to get the owner involved and finally got the bill down almost \$300. We have purchased a pool in the past, great job, very nice sales and repair people. Later we purchased a hot tub, a lemon, still very nice to work with, repair after repair and still doesnt work. I love my hot tub better than pool if if worked. I wish they would just replace or fix it.
