Do Not do business at Blue Dolphin Pools of Athens the services is worse then bad. I bought an under water pool light last year for \$159 and the the water proof control with water proof switch got water in it over the winter and the back side cracked when it must have froze. Used it maybe 20 evenings, so went there to get other supplies and asked what was the waranty on the light they said there isn t any.I ve been handicapped and been made fun of with a form of Terets and so my anxiety caused me to say the F word, then a c... read more
Do NOT go to the Athens store! The service at Decatur and Huntsville is fine, but the service here is atrocious! We used this store several summers because of the convenient location and were ripped off and treated very poorly.

Theyre nice in the up-front sales, but dont expect good customer service for repairs. I brought in headrests that had broken while my hot tub (also purchased from this location) was under warranty. They said they would call me when they were fixed. That was over a year ago. I figured it may just take a while to get them replaced by the manufacturer. I finally called last fall to inquire about the status of the repair and they said theyd call back. They never did. I called again in the spring and they promised to call back. T... read more

We have purchased a pool in the past, great job, very nice sales and repair people. Later we purchased a hot tub, a lemon, still very nice to work with, repair after repair and still doesnt work. I love my hot tub better than pool if if worked. I wish they would just replace or fix it.
I agree the customer service from blue dolpin pools is HORRIBLE. I had problems with my hot tub and they sent some young guy out to my house who did not have a clue what he was doing. He stayed on the phone with steve the whole time he was there and steve was trying to explain to him how to fix the hottub. He did not fix it then i got a bill for over \$400 they wanted me to pay for a \$18 part. I refused, had to get the owner involved and finally got the bill down almost \$300.
