When we first walked in the staff was so friendly and welcoming. They gave us brochures and told us to ask lots of questions. Whesley took us through our walkthrough and went over every little detail. We are completely new to a camper and ask tons of questions. He took the time to answer everything in detail and we never felt rushed. He even walked through the stereo speakers and getting channels on the tv. Went to the dealership today and they ran credit approved me for a loan as well as picked out the trailer I was going to purchase. I then went home to talk over the sale with my wife. I was texting with the sales person and negotiating price just about to pull the trigger on a for sure sale. The sales person then tells me sorry someone came and put a deposit on it while we run their credit. How can you pass on a for sure sale to run someone's credit that might not even be approved.
