The service department is awesome. We had a lighting issue that my original dealer couldn’t diagnose but these guys at Blue Dog RV found the issue very quick. A part was ordered and then I stopped by at my convenience and their tech guy made the repair very quickly. I didn’t have to wait for hours like I use to at other places. Their service department is nice to deal with and Chantell Jose, one of their Service Advisors was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
Excellent people. They know what you want & help you find the perfect fit. So very glad we bought through this company. Will recommend to all our friends.
The service here is awesome! We stopped in just to look and had our 1 year old with us and we ended up buying a trailer, they were all so kind and helping to keep our kiddo occupied and happy. They went above and beyond to show us everything they had. They made the process very smooth! Thank you! We will be forever customers.
The service was beyond amazing. Brian took us inside over 20 trailers in our two visits. The first trip we got a little ahead of ourselves and picked a trailer to large for our parking space. We are beyond thankful that they allowed us to downsize to a smaller trailer that fits us perfectly. Thank you again everyone we can’t wait to pick up our new trailer after Christmas.
We bought our Jayco trailer from Blue Dog RV in Medford. We wanted the forever warranty and they had the trailer we wanted in Medford. It was worth the 550 miles. CJ in sales made sure we had what we wanted and Scott in service really took the time to get us connected to our new trailer. I have never received better service than from these two at Blue Dog RV. Even our dachshund Hazel approves! Dog to Dog she says great job Blue Dog RV.

The Medford Blue Dog service department did the first service work on the trailer we purchased at Redmond. The work was done as promised and on time. They also responded with good humor to my repeated phone calls to make sure all of the compartments were locked to prevent theft. I would recommend them to others.
We had some minor repairs done and a new canopy installed. Chantell helped us through all of it and answered our questions. She was awesome to work with!
