I was on Facebook this morning their ad popped up so I called to confirm they had the unit I was interested in they said so. I drove 30 mins for them to tell me they sold that unit, after some digging I found they did not sell that unit they agreed to honor the price, mind you after they tried to get me to buy the same unit for $4,000 more. I went to Blue Dog to see a used trailer I saw online. I was greeted by a friendly salesman James Zongas. James gave me a tour of the trailer. I have never owned a trailer before, so I had a lot of questions. He was patient and very helpful. I went back a couple days later and purchased the trailer. The service department was also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend James and his team at Blue Dog RV.
Incompetent worse service I ever experienced not recommended
