As you have probably noticed, our name is a little different..and so are we. Blue Dog RV was started by several families moving for all over the Northwest. We came together to form a new & different RV dealership, to serve the Northern Idaho/Spokane area. This is only one issue I'll be posting more issues along the way to the reviews here. BLUE DOG HAS THE WORST SERVICE !! Our 5th heater broke we called blue dog spoke with Todd told us yesterday they would have someone come out today & be here @ 10:00am. & that they would have 2 men come out with 3 parts so they wouldn't have to come back.. Well today finally at about 1pm they had a service guy call me .. Patrick Shields has done a great job helping my husband and I purchase our first travel trailer. Although he wasn't our initial contact, he met with us when we made the decision to purchase, walked us through everything and followed up with us after the fact. We had some licensing questions and a problem with our rig when we took it off the lot and couldn't get anyone to call us back. Spent some time out looking at travel trailers and at most dealers they were pushing for a sale. Jeff Hayden at Blue Dog listened to what we wanted and let us take our time looking around. The floorplan we were looking for was not there, but may be at the large Gray hound park show he stated. We enjoyed the large event out at Gray Hound park. Salesman was okay, but once you move to the service department be prepared to be Beverly disappointed, bought a 2016 forest river and the thing is falling apart so very disappointed will pay the extra money to have it fixed by anyone other than blue dog service maybe things will be done right and a little more pleasant and not lied to. Will never recommend to anyone to buy from here.
Brian leak was awesome!! We told him what we liked in floor plans and he showed use every model close to it. He went one step above and asked how we'd be using it and recommended a better built trailer for our rugged lifestyles. Thanks Brian!! You're awesome!!
Jeff Hayden was great to work with and listened to all of our needs, concerns and thousands of questions. He was patient and fit right in with our joking personalities and didn't even flinch (or at least that I could see!) during our test drive. He even found me a gravel road to drive on as soon as I requested it! We came away with a wonderful new motor home that we will enjoy for many years to come and new friends also. After owning several types of rv's with different floor plans , we found that a fifth wheel with a dinette & chair set (the booth dinette dose not work for us) and an oversize bathroom was the floor plan that we required. We looked on and off for about 8 months (we were in no hurry) .Then one afternoon I saw a 2006 Keystone Challenger at Blue dog Rv in Coeur d alene Idaho.
