They’ll gladly take your money then stop; conversing, taking calls, returning messages, helping, problem solve, etc., once things get tough on them. Service side is equally/more inept. To think I gotta bring my rig back to them for repair makes me nauseous. Look elsewhere as this outfit is run by meek, self-centered, uninvolved runners that take care of themselves to the point of where it serves their best interests($$), and when the shtf they go into thumb sucking mode.
Recommendedcompletely done with bluedog... they have lost our business... let me tell you why...1) we pay monthly for an extended warranty... they tried not honoring it. 2) we put our trailer in the shop to have warranty work done they miss half the crap they should have done, wasting our time3) they obviously DO NOT do a full inspection of new RV's... how do I know you may ask? we went on a trip to Yellowstone. half way back home a tire blew... no big deal right?? we go to put the s… See more
They were great during the sale BUT, service is terrible. They don’t answer their phones or return calls from messages. Hard to get anything done. We have been calling for 3 weeks
We had yet another extremely disappointing and disturbing visit to the Redmond Blue Dog yesterday. While we are happy that we got our AC unit replaced before heading south for the winter, (due to Hubby finding one online when Blue Dog couldn't/wouldn't) we noticed that our ottoman had been repositioned right under the AC and it was covered in a layer of dirt and boot prints!! RecommendedI knew exactly what I wanted, Solitude 310GK, but was looking for used, saw their ad on RV Trader and made an inquiry on a 2021 model, they sent me info and I called Dealer about 1 on Sunday and talked with Anna told her I would be there in about 30 minutes. When we got there pulled up to the service lot and a guy there asked if he could help, told him what we were doing and he told us Anna was with a customer and gave us his key to open any RV on lot and said look around she'll be with you in a bit. Recommendedall in all had a great experience bought a passport online reserved it then went over for a PreView and decided to buy it... then after communicated with salesperson about specifics getting it ensured and securing the interest rate through the company I wanted all online through email. I ask the salesman twice through email to let the finance manager know who I wanted to finance with and what the interest rate would be. apparently he never forwarded that information so the finance manager could contact me with any questions ... read more
They need to work on their customer service! They don't answer their phones, don't return messages, damage vehicles taken in for routine maintenance check-ups, and basically deserve a "failing" score.
