If I could give 1/2 of 1 star I certainly would. I took a 1 year old 5th wheel in for some relatively minor warranty work. Things like an awning motor, leaky water pump, broken nipples off a drain pipe, a peeling paint cosmetic issue, and several other small issues like weak window screens, radio signal, that sort of thing, as everything was still under the 1 year warranty. The customer experience at both the sales and the service department was exemplary. Each individual took the time to give me the information needed to make a conscious and satisfactory decision on my purchase. I would recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase an RV in the area.
I can only give 1 star because I'm extremely disappointed with the service at blue compass RV. they failed to fix one of the major appliances in my RV, which has been sitting at their shop for couple of weeks. one of the staff members said it was already fixed, but when i and the other technician checked it, it was still having the issue as when i brought it in. I spoke to their manager to make him aware of what happened. they will ordering some parts and replacing the missing other parts. technician is nice that helps me ve... read more
