Had an issue with the siding on my new aspen trail and some other little things I wanted fixed. Took it into Roger we walked through everything I wanted fixed in doing this he found a couple things I didn't notice. Two days went by with no word so I figured I'd give them a call. Roger answered the phone and I jokingly asked "she already to go!?" Expecting to jump through hoops to get my siding warrantied. Roger says YEP! I'm finishing up your paperwork now. I actually bought my RV in Texas before moving to Coeur D Alene. When we arrived here we noticed we needed warranty work and the manufacturer sent us to Blue Dog. They were the nicest folks ever! I cannot say enough kind words about Travis Shipley. He was so helpful and kept us up to date about the progress of our repairs. They really impressed me when they asked about our mechanical problem they found it to be much larger and dealt with the manufacturer to get it squared away at no cost to us.
