RecommendedI would like to thank Ryan, this technician cares about the customer. I have had trouble with a black tank valve since we bought our 5th wheel from another dealership. In 4 hours he had it fixed so it can be opened and closed with no effort. The service manager, Molly, is on top of it when it comes to customer service. Thank you

Broke an outside shower skylight cover in the middle of winter. Blue Dog got it in fast and had the repairs done quicker, and for less money than I expected. Great job!!

I almost missed out on my forever warranty appointment because I was busy with other things and forgot about it. But they called to remind me a couple days before it expired and even though one center was two weeks out that called around and found another Bluedog center that could take me in on time.
love Blue Dog RV. very nice to work with. honest . always ready to help. we deal with the one in Hayden.

Customer Service was horrible. No signs telling you where to go. We asked the rude lady at the counter and she tells us if the salesman isn't in his office he's outside somewhere. Guess they don't want to sell anything. Won't recommend this location to anyone.

Absolutely ridiculous! My dad bought a camp trailer from you guys less than two months ago under the agreement everything would work as it should . Not even 5 weeks later his fridge , heater and Ac still do not work along with three outlets in the trailer. He has called and messaged many times only to be transferred to a different person or department every time he calls. No one will answer his messages and no one will make it right! At the end of this summer 2016 we found a hammer on the roof of our rv trailer, sometime after Blue Dog RV service department worked on it. This hammer was discovered by us and was left on the top of the slide after service. Every time it would close it would NOT seal.(Obviously due to the hammer stuck up there) After a week of rain, we went to use our trailer & found so much standing water that the carpet was soaked from front to back. Had a very good experience with there service department! Travis is a very efficient Service Manager! Fast service, very friendly people working there, sincerely trying to do the best work to care for my RV!!
